What "any video converter" can mean
Video files combine a container, video codec, audio codec, and optional tracks. A useful converter must define the actual output instead of promising that every possible format will work. These tools use tested browser FFmpeg recipes for the listed pairs and keep the original file unchanged.
Browser limits
Each tool accepts one file up to 100 MB. Conversion speed depends on the device, and closing the tab stops the job. Long, 4K, professional, multi-track, or subtitle-heavy files are better handled in desktop software.
